Vegan coconut macrons

Zutaten

  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 100 g Coconut sugar
  • 40 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 140 g coconut, ground
  • 38 g corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 200 ml coconut milk (full-fat, important!)

Anleitung

  1. Preheat oven at 160°C
  2. Combine all dry ingredients
  3. Slowly add coconut milk while whisking. The mixture should be moist enough to be able to be squished into a form by hand.
  4. Using 2 spoons, form macrons and lay them on the baking sheet. They will not rise much, so you don't have to maintain space to others.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes
